What is Fair Use
Fair Use is a law design for people to have rights to get access to professional. People have the right to use any copyrighted material with out any permission from the copyright owner as long the person who is borrowing the material follows the appropriated steps. Fair Use gives people the right to borrow information from copyrighted material for the following: on criticizing it, comment upon, news reporting, teaching, and for researching.
Fair use wants people to have rights of the copyrighted work specially for nonprofit or educational organizations. This law protects people from not getting sue by the creator. People having this accesses to information can help them to create new formation new ideas.
